Please note that we're currently ironing out a few shipping issues. Also, please note that tickets to any event are mailed two weeks prior to the event in question, not on ordering and not with tickets for other events, and that all tickets incur a booking & handling charge, whether shipped or not. Also, all credit card orders (thus all shop orders) incur a 4.1% transaction fee.
- If you're ordering Twilight Barbies, select "No Additional Shipping" when checking out.
- If you are purchasing any kind of ticket, you will need to select Australian Registered Mail for your order to be processed, or International Ticket Order for anyone outside Australia.
- There are multiple categories of Australian Registered Mail & Internationl Ticket Orders, depending on the number of different events you're purchasing tickets for. If you're purchasing tickets to multiple events in one order, please ensure you choose the correct shipping method, as tickets for each event will be mailed separately, and thus each requires their own shipping charge.
- DVDs are now available through the store for both Australian and international purchasers. We're looking at a custom shipping module, but until that happens, you need to ensure you pick the correct postage for your order. For Australian customers, options are available for DVDs by themselves, or with ticket purchases for one or more events. International purchasers should contact us directly if they have any questions (but may simply find it easiest to make separate orders for DVDs and tickets). Please note that non-registered post options are selected at the buyer's own risk. Registered post includes $100 of shipping insurance; standard shipping includes no insurance. Items are mailed intact, but we can make no guarantee that they will not be damaged in shipping.
- Absentee packs are now available through manual order forms on the main Hub site, but are not currently available through the shop.
- Finally, please note that it is your responsibility to ensure your order is correct when you place it. Should a refund be necessary because of your actions and not The Hub's, a charge will be deducted from the amount refunded.
